LOWER BODY BURN.
MONDAY // 7AM
This lower body strength class will help you build muscle and tone your legs, glutes, and core. We will focus on exercises that target the major muscle groups of the lower body, including but not solely squats, lunges, and hipthrusters. You'll use a variety of equipment and weights to challenge your muscles and increase your strength on a weekly basis. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling strong and energized. Exercises can be adapted to tailor for injury or rehabilitation.
LIFT.
MONDAY // 6.30PM
A high-energy, strength class is designed to help you build and maintain muscle We will focus on all major muscle groups, including chest, back, arms, core and legs.
Using a variety of equipment, including free weights and cables, each class will be a full body workout that will leave you feeling strong and pumped You will complete compound exercises as well as isolation exercises to help you reach your goals.
Circuits.
TUESDAY // 6.30PM
A high intensity class for all ages and abilities. Rest assured, each exercise within the class can and will be made easier or harder (altered to suit your fitness level) so that you are constantly pushing your limits while being carefully monitored in a controlled environment. Your wellbeing and safety are always our primary concern.
Strength & Tone.
WEDNESDAY // 7AM
This high-energy, strength and tone class is designed to help you build and maintain muscle, whilst burning fat.
We will focus on all major muscle groups, including chest, back, arms, and legs. Using a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises, each class will be a full body workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized.
Abs Blast.
WEDNESDAY // 6.15PM
This abs class is designed to target your core muscles, giving you a strong, toned midsection. We'll start with a warmup and stretching to get your body ready for the workout. Then, we'll move into core-strengthening exercises using bodyweight and light dumbbells. You can expect exercises like planks, sit-ups, and crunches, as well as oblique exercises to really target the sides. We'll end the class with a stretching and cool-down session. Come ready to sweat and leave with a stronger core!
Box & Burn.
ADHOC SESSIONS // TBC
This boxing based class is designed for you to work up a sweat, burn fat, relieve stress and improve confidence while having fun at the same time. Pads and gloves will be provided if you do not have any.

BOOTCAMP.
THURSDAY // 6.30PM
Welcome to our Bootcamp fitness class! This high-intensity, full-body workout will push you to your limits and help you see results faster.
You'll be doing a combination of cardio, strength, and interval training that will help you burn fat, build muscle, and increase your overall fitness level. We'll use a variety of equipment including medicine balls, battle ropes, tyres, prowler sleds etc to keep the class interesting and challenging.
Sweat.
FRIDAY // 7AM
Get ready for an intense, sweaty workout! This class will provide a full-body workout that will work your muscles and get your heart rate up. You'll start with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready for the workout. Next, you'll move on to a series of strength and conditioning exercises using weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to challenge your muscles. You'll finish with a cardio-based workout to get your heart pumping and your sweat dripping. Get ready to work hard and get fit!
