Honestly, two months ago the thought of even setting foot in a gym, let alone doing classes and starting personal training sessions made me so anxious. I remember going in to speak to Sarah and Steve about starting, and I could barely make myself walk through the door, I was so worried.
Stepping through that door was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Already I am starting to notice changes in my body, I have more energy to get through the day, and my clothes are suddenly getting too big!

The biggest and best change so far though has been in my self-esteem and confidence. Two months ago I couldn’t bring myself to even have my photo taken, now I have the confidence to smile for the camera, take selfies, and even post them on Instagram. I would hide myself away, but now I feel amazing and I don’t want to hide anymore. PT sessions with Steve have given me so much encouragement to believe in myself. I am happier, more confident, and I can’t stop smiling!
